DTWO Fourth General Assembly in Copenhagen
Thu 26 Mar 2026DTWO Fourth General Assembly has taken place last week in Copenhagen and all the consortium reunited to update each other on the project developments and participate in innovative workshops!
Last week, DTWO’s consortium flew to Denmark to reunite and discuss the project’s progress and advancements.
As DTWO progresses, its dynamic development process increasingly underscores the need for a consolidated and shared understanding of the federated platform’s capabilities and its potential beneficiaries.
Indeed, ICONS Innovation Strategies facilitated a workshop at the General Assembly to analyse the platform’s use cases: target users, problems solved, and value delivered. Working in cross-functional groups, partners brought diverse expertise to the process, fostering dynamic idea exchange.
This way, we can identify the value proposition for each use case and define an overarching value proposition for the platform, enabling us to guide further research toward differentiating and enhancing the platform compared to existing solutions.
A bottom-up approach. Zooming out from use cases up to the platform level.
Based on the discussions generated, the consortium realised how powerful a cross-fertilisation process is. Defining the context and hearing different opinions and perspectives can be useful and positively impactful to the project.
Stay tuned!
