First edition of the DTWO Newsletter
Thu 03 Apr 2025With our annual newsletter, we will keep you updated on the project’s progress, as well as relevant news and articles.
DTWO is an innovative EU-funded project in offshore wind energy. It aims to develop a federated digital twin (DT) that combines simulations and real-time data to create virtual power plants, making the energy system more efficient and always up-to-date.
The project began in June 2024 and will run until May 2027.
DTWO supports the development of offshore wind energy as a key element in achieving CO₂ emission reduction targets, improving the planning and integration of wind energy into large-scale energy systems.
Within the newsletter you’ll find:
- Highlights from the context of the project, the technologies applied and the partners of the consortium.
- Latest news about the offshore wind energy events joined by DTWO.
- The DTWO presentation video.
- An upcoming events section to stay updated about the future initiatives of the project.
- The DTWO leaflet.
